Night City Wire is coming in June, says CD Projekt Red….
Cyberpunk 2077 looks to be getting an E3-esque news broadcast on June 11, titled Night City Wire. Announced on Twitter with a simple caption – “GET READY!” – and a logo, we don’t know about the contents of the broadcast at time of writing.

Given the timing, it would seem likely that this is a replacement for CD Projekt Red’s usual presentations at the now-canceled E3. The past two years have seen shorter public announcements – with bonus Keanu Reeves – and lengthy behind-closed-doors gameplay showings that have been revealed later in the year. With Cyberpunk 2077 increasingly close to its September 17 release date, it feels likely that we’d see more gameplay, and perhaps a breakdown of its still somewhat mysterious storyline. It’s also possible that we’d learn about the game’s DLC plans, with CD Projekt Red recently suggesting that it will reveal expansions before release. One thing we can expect is some fairly… adult content. A recent ratings board report explained quite how much sex, violence, drugs and gore will be in the game. Turns out: loads. This year will also see Cyberpunk 2077 grace the very last special edition Xbox One X. For more, check out IGN’s Cyberpunk 2077 preview and Cyberpunk 2077 wiki for our full coverage.
